Location
The company's activities have been concentrated in south Lincolnshire, in and around the towns of Grantham, Stamford, Bourne and Newark.
We tend to specialise in small developments of between 3 and 15 units, normally in village locations.
The Company
Twyford Estates is a well-established development company, based in Grantham. The directors, Peter Burrows and Peter Sears have each worked in the local property market for over 20 years and use that experience and knowledge to identify sought-after locations and construct appealing, practical homes.
Company Objectives
Ours is not a numbers game; we are simply not interested in selling huge numbers of properties every year. We prefer to take the time to work closely with our buyers who ideally become involved at an early stage of construction so that we can, wherever practical, incorporate their personal choice of materials within their home. After all, they have to live in the house - not our architects!
Our intention has always been to be able to drive by our houses in years to come and feel proud of what we see.
